Payment Methods

If you would like to pay for your order via PayPal, you will be forwarded directly to the PayPal website. Immediately after PayPal confirms your payment, your order will be sent off. In case you return something, the money will be refunded back to your PayPal account.

Your data is deposited in your personal PayPal-Account like in a locker.

That means that with Paypal your payment is easy, secure and even faster as you don’t need to type in your bank details or credit card number every time.

You can quickly pay by credit card using Visa or MasterCard. As soon as the credit card payment process has been completed, we will ship your goods. If you wish to return any items, the amount will be credited to the credit card used originally. The transaction takes place via Stripe, which meets the exact safety requirements as any other financial institute.

The invoice is paid by bank transfer. If you select the payment method in advance, we will send our bank details in the order confirmation. The goods will be delivered after receipt of payment.

Delivery

Germany (national): 7 EUR per parcel / returns are not free

Austria: 10 EUR per parcel / returns are not free

Europe/ Non-EU: 20 EUR per parcel / returns are not free

(including following countries: Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estland, Faroese, Finland, France, Great Britain, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Ukraine, Vatican City)

Non-EU: note that there could be additional fees like tax, customs, payment-fees etc. Also shipping inside EU but payment from out EU could create extra costs.

All other countries: contact customer service and we’re happy to calculate the shipping costs for you. Note that there could be additional fees like tax, customs, payment fees etc.

We ship our products with DHL GoGreen:

  • Germany: 2-3 days
  • Austria: 3-6 days
  • other countries: max. 6-10 days

Notice: The delivery starts right after receipt of your payment. By choosing a fast payment method, you will also get your order faster.

You would like to know where your package is at the moment? Of course that’s possible! We will send you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Just use the DHL tracking to look up the status of your delivery.

Returns

You have the right to return items that don’t fit or you don’t like within 14 days. All products must be in the original packaging, not used, worn or washed, clean, including all labels.

Of course you can return an item which doesn’t fit or you don’t like.

Unfortunately we can’t offer you free returns at the moment. Please return the stamped package to the following address:

Sendoff

Put the return note into the package, stick on a parcel stamp and bring it to a post office.

Immediately after receiving your package, we will process your return. We refund the money as fast as possible to your account.

My Account

You don’t have to create a customer account to order something from our website but it has many advantages. One of them is not having to type in your payment and delivery dates every time. Also, managing your invoice and delivery addresses is really easy and you can change your data anytime yourself. Also you will get an exact overview of your past orders in your account.

You can either log in directly on our login site or order as a guest. If you are a new customer, fill in the registration form, create a password and save time when you place an order!

You need a password to log in to your personal account. It is no problem if you forget your password – click on “Forgot your password?”. Afterwards we will send you an e-mail in which you have to click on a link in order to create a new password.
